What will you do?

Niche Finance Shared Services has a position available as a Credit Controller who will be based in Johannesburg.

The successful candidate will be required to perform a Credit Control Function. This will encompass the collection and follow-up of outstanding debtors allocating of monies received, and other associated activities. What will make you successful in this role?

Collection of premiums from Intermediaries and clients.

Processing of payment bordereaux.

Receipting, allocating, and reconciling premiums on Kindle.

Processing refunds.

Optimizing processes.

Implement and maintain accurate financial information

Relationship building

Assisting with queries and providing back-up support where required

Resolving queries on outstanding premiums and commissions with business partners.

Qualification and Experience

Matric

Minimum 2 years of working experience in a financial environment would be an advantage

Accounting Knowledge

Reconciliation experience.

Skills

Attention to detail.

Must have analytical ability and be able to analyze data in order to solve problems and provide appropriate solutions.

Strong client service orientation.

Ability to work under pressure.

Deadline driven.

Excellent communication skills – at all levels.

Must be Computer Literate (MS Excel & MS Word).
